    As an independent artist, I focus on quality over quantity. I want to make sure you receive the best artwork in the world. Your artwork will usually take 24 hours for the first draft.

    Note: During busier periods, my work may take a little longer.

    To get the perfect artwork, your photos should meet a few simple requirements:

    • Good Quality Photos: Make sure your images are clear, well-lit, and high resolution. Dark, blurry, or low-detail photos can make it harder for our artists to work.
    • Visible Details: The more details visible in the photo, the better we can capture the essence of the subjects. Avoid pictures with strong shadows or taken from too far away.
    • Separate Photos for Multiple Subjects: If you want a portrait with multiple people, you can send us separate photos of each subject. Our artists will seamlessly merge them into a single, harmonious composition.

    🖼️ Where will I get my portrait?

    After filling in the information, and adding your photos for your caricature, at checkout you will be asked to enter your best email and proceed for payment.

    As soon as your order is ready I will send you the first draft via directly to your email inbox.

    In case after 1-2 days you still have not received your artwork, please contact me via the form on the site, I will take care of your case.

    (Many times the email arrives in the spam box, please check there too).

    How long does it take?

    I aim to deliver your first draft within 1-2 days. Sometimes I can take a little longer, but don't worry. I prefer quality over quantity and I make sure that I never have too many orders to work on at any one time.

    Are my photos good enough to use?

    I am sure your photos will be perfectly good enough to use! I draw from scratch so really your photos don't need to be amazing. Just good enough for me to see the features of your pet's face and body. If I need more photos or have any questions, I will always email you. So don't worry, let's go ahead and start your order!

    What if I'm not happy with my portrait?

    Sometimes working from a photo could let miss the essence of your pet but I'm always ready to make revisions FREE OF CHARGE until you are 100% satisfied with your pet's portrait!

    Is it really just you?

    Yes (well, mostly!). Actually I have some friends who help me with customer support during busy periods like Christmas etc., but all the drawing is just done by me!
